Online learning with great faculty

This post is sponsored by Blogitive.com and Capella University.

Capella University was founded in 1993, and is a fully online accredited university that offers graduate degree programs in a number of fields taught by talented and intelligent faculty. Capella offers bachelor’s degrees in business and information technology, and offers graduate programs in information technology, education, human services, psychology, and business.

In fact, one of Capella’s distinguished business faculty members, Dr. Sara Orem, has just co-authored a book for individual coaches of managers, executives, and “those who do one-on-one work with people who can influence and create change in their organizations.” This book, titled “Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change,” covers recent developments in psychology and organizational development, and argues that a focus on human ideals, achievements, and best practices helps organizations work better and fluorish.

The fact that capella university can retain outstanding and accomplished faculty like Dr. Orem, as well as serving more than 17,000 students tells me that they are a great resource for online learning. If you have considered getting your degree but have yet to start, check them out.

Capella University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA). Capella University is located at 225 South Sixth Street, Ninth Floor, Minneapolis, MN 55402. You can reach Capella at 1-888-CAPELLA (227-3552) or at http://www.capella.edu.
