No smoking in the U.K.? Are we talking about the same U.K.?

The U.K. currently has legislation pending and scheduled to go into effect in the summer of 2007 that will ban smoking in public areas, following the lead of many states in the U.S. To many business owners (not to mention smokers), this will be quite a task to implement.
