This article just popped up on my Yahoo! RSS feed. It has a lot of interesting info for Mac users. As a Mac user myself, I am totally complacent about spyware, adware, and virus protection. Yes, that’s terrrible to admit. And for those of you interested, my IP address is….oh wait, that’s not a good idea is it?
My philosophy on Mac OS X security was and is that there are enough built-in and freeware security options for the Mac that you don’t have to spend any money at all to be safe. You just need to be smart about your settings and about the software that you install.
