A walk on the wild side…

All of you already know that I enjoy a number of odd and non-mainstream pastimes, and that I enjoy sharing those pastimes and the information gained from them, with all of you fine people. The interesting information that I want to share with you includes shamanism, symbolism, Freemasons, drugs, and the background of all moderm religions.

About twelve years ago I read some of Carlos Castaneda’s books about his interactions with a Mexican shaman named Don Juan. Even though I understood and enjoyed the books on a basic level, I didn’t comprehend the extent of their importance and meaning until a few years later. This year, I was introduced to the work of a modern day Carlos Castaneda named Jan Irvin. Jan is not only a great and knowledgable guy and a good friend of a friend of mine, he is also well versed in many different (but interconnected) subjects ranging from Freemasonry to etheneogenic mushrooms.

Jan Irvin and Andrew Rutajit run a website called Gnostic Media, located at www.gnosticmedia.com. Jan also runs a website about industrial hemp located at www.TheHemperor.com.

If you are at all interested in getting to the bottom of what the hell is going on in the world today, and what the forces are that are driving our world (not to mention the forces that we must fight against to regain our freedom), both of those websites are great resources. Their subject matter gets pretty deep, and it’s easy to get lost, but the forum members and webmasters are very helpful if you are willing to ask.
