Your data can be searched and seized without a warrant

According to a recent appellate court ruling, your data can now be searched and seized without a warrant when you cross the border into the United States. It’s just amazing how our rights to privacy are being whittled away, and no one really gives a shit.

Although this court decision was limited to people crossing the border, it still is a huge invasion of privacy. As the article notes however, no stipulation was made as to whether you are required to assist TSA agents in apprehending said data. Hint, hint.
