Senator Barbara Boxer rules!

As frequently as I say that we need a full scale House (and Senate) cleaning, I really do appreciate Senator Boxer (D-CA). I frequently contact her via email regarding issues that are on my mind, and more often than not receive a personalized reply.

Some politicians may indeed “just hit delete” when they receive email feedback like everyone says, but not all of them do I’m happy to say. So don’t hesitate to contact the people who represent you by email. You can also always call or send a letter or postcard, but many of us just don’t have time to do that. Don’t let the naysayers convince you otherwise, your representatives are indeed listening.
