In case you are completely in the dark, you will probably realize that Saddam Hussein’s execution did more than just punish a dictator for crimes against humanity. Turns out that the execution served an even more important purpose for many of the elite, and silenced forever the only voice capable of recounting the historical ties between his country and the United States.

Turns out, we used to be good friends. Saddam would go around the Middl East, hefting his weight around and beating up on people the neither he nor the US liked. That was fine until he started looking at “our” oil in Kuwait.
