George W. Bush is speaking at the Radio & TV Correspondents Dinner

So right now I’m sitting my hotel room watching GWB speak to the press and mock just about everything that’s going on in the world right now. I have to say that this must be one of the thousands of reasons that the rest of the world hates us.

Maybe it’s just me, but doesn’t it seem tasteless that he just made fun of the attorney firing scandal?

And now he just made fun of the hotly debated temporary guest worker program.

And now he just mocked Obama saying he wasn’t coming because of “not enough press.”

I have to say that I can appreciate humor and satire. I probably have the most tasteless sense of humor around. But for the President King of the United States to stand up before the Washington press corps and mock the political blunders is just unacceptable.

An not only that. I would like to also say that these press folks sitting in the audience and laughing along is unacceptable as well. These are the people who should be the staunchest critics of the President, and they’re sitting there laughing along like they were old friends. It just cements my disdain for the brainwashing that those folks dish out every day.
